Billing
Revive is a cash-based physical therapy practice, which allows for cost transparency and comprehensive care that is not dictated by insurance contracts. We do not take insurance, but we are happy to provide the necessary documentation and information that you would need to file for possible out-of-network reimbursement or for the fees to be applied toward your deductible. If you have questions about billing, rates, or reimbursement please contact us.
Referrals
Georgia allows direct access to physical therapy with provisions. This means that you can see a physical therapist for 21 days from your first visit without a referral. After that, you will need to obtain a referral from a healthcare provider. Some exceptions to this rule apply. Contact us regarding questions about this.
