Meet the Therapist

Dr. Fox graduated from the University of Texas at Tyler with her B.S. in kinesiology and from Northern Arizona University with her doctorate in physical therapy in 2015. She was a collegiate softball player and avid runner in Flagstaff. 

Revive was started in 2022 after Dr. Fox became disaffected with insurance restrictions and the scarcity of excellence in high volume clinics. She prides her work in quality, efficient results, accessibility, and one-on-one tailored care for every client. She loves working with people with multi-faceted issues who view their their problems as complex, and she likes to see people surpass individual goals. 

Chandler also has specialized certifications in dry needling, and she loves working with barbell athletes and with moms for birth prep/postpartum care. You will find her at a brewery or walking the beach with her husband and baby girl on the weekends.
